Meet the Team

CREA is largely staffed by individuals who represent the communities it serves. This is most clearly reflected in our Community Health Worker model; CREA’s Promotores de Salud work within their own communities and serve as a trustworthy and culturally sensitive bridge between the individual and health organizations, government agencies, schools and social services. Additionally, many individuals who benefit from the educational and referral services provided through this model are trained to become Promotores themselves—so they, too, can give back to their communities.
