CREA is a cultural broker, building and strengthening connections between the Hispanic/Latino Community and local health organizations, government, academia and social service systems. We specialize in community-wide collaborations involving multiple stakeholders to provide strategic planning, outreach, data collection, project development, research, implementation and evaluation services.
At CREA Results, we believe that empowered individuals are the building blocks of healthy, strong, resilient communities - communities engaged in eliminating health disparities, environmental poverty and degradation through local action. CREA’s Promotores de Salud, or Community Health Workers, provide authentic engagement and outreach in the Latino Community and facilitate access to critical services.
We can serve as a single point of contact, or a “general contractor”, implementing programs and connecting our organizational partners to people and assets in Hispanic/Latino communities throughout Colorado.
